GE dishwasher stopped working, no power no lights. I called and they came out the following day. Sergio is professional and quick and repaired the dishwasher within a half an hour and it worked for about 20 days. Unfortunately the same issue happened again. I called and Sergio came back within a couple of days and fixed it no charge, Sergio identified a faulty connection and repaired it. I had also identified a leak somewhere behind the dishwasher. Sergio pulled the dishwasher out and found it was a bad drainage hose. I told him I could repair it myself and did so. He did not charge me for finding the leak. I would use them again.

Ramics Repairs. My stove was acting strange, losing the electrical connection. I had had it “repaired” before, using a different company, but the fix didn’t work. The Ramics technician was easy to talk to and was able to fix the problem quickly. A very positive and even delightful experience.

Professional Appliance Services We Provide

Select which appliance needs service and repair:

Why is my refrigerator not cooling in Mesa?

A refrigerator that runs nonstop without ever getting properly cold usually means a failing compressor, a condenser coil clogged with dust, or a thermostat that’s drifted out of calibration. Mesa’s long run of triple-digit summer days puts extra strain on refrigeration systems for months at a time, and a unit that’s already marginal can go from “working but off” to a full breakdown once the heat really sets in, often taking a freezer’s worth of food with it. Ramics Repair services free-standing, built-in, and wine cooler refrigerators from every major brand, and our Mesa technicians typically diagnose the fault on the first visit and complete the repair that same day, backed by a 1-year parts warranty. Also watch for a quiet ice maker, water pooling under the unit, or food spoiling despite a normal-looking display and temperature setting.

Refrigerator repairs we handle most in Mesa:

  • Compressor and start relay failures
  • Condenser coils clogged by heat and dust
  • Thermostat and control board faults
  • Ice maker and water line issues

Why won’t my washer spin or drain in Mesa?

A washer that won’t spin, won’t drain, or leaves water pooled on the floor is usually a clogged drain pump, a worn belt, a failing door or lid switch, or mineral buildup inside the valves from the Valley’s moderately hard water — none of which call for a new machine. We repair front-load, top-load, and washer-dryer combo units for busy Mesa households, from Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, GE, Maytag, and Kenmore, with every visit starting as a no-obligation diagnostic and a full year of parts coverage once the repair wraps up. A washer vibrating or “walking” during the spin cycle, throwing an error code mid-load, leaking from the door seal, or filling but refusing to agitate can usually be diagnosed and fixed in a single visit, parts on the truck permitting, without a second appointment or a second invoice.

Washer issues we see often in Mesa:

  • Drain pump or inlet valve blockages
  • Worn belts or motor couplers
  • Faulty door or lid switches
  • Excess vibration from an unbalanced load

Why is my dryer not heating up?

Three things cause most no-heat dryer calls: a burned-out heating element, a thermal fuse tripped as a safety measure, or — on gas units — an igniter or gas valve that’s quit opening. We work on both gas and electric dryers across Mesa, and the thermal-fuse scenario is more common than people assume, usually triggered by a lint-packed exhaust vent rather than an actual part failure, which is the cheaper of the two fixes by a wide margin. A dryer that’s suddenly noisy, that smells hot or faintly like burning, or that’s cutting cycles short are all worth a same-day look rather than restarting the load and hoping for the best. We carry common heating elements and thermal fuses on the truck for Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, and Maytag dryers, so most repairs finish in one visit with a year of parts coverage behind them.

Signs your dryer needs a technician:

  • No heat or clothes still damp after a full cycle
  • Grinding, squealing, or thumping from the drum
  • Burning smell or the unit stopping mid-cycle

Why won’t my oven heat evenly?

If one side of a dish comes out done and the other doesn’t, or the oven runs hotter or cooler than the dial says, the usual culprit is a bake or broil element past its life, a gas igniter losing strength, or a temperature sensor reading off from the actual cavity temperature. We service range stoves, wall ovens, built-in cooktops, and microwave ovens for Mesa kitchens on both gas and electric setups, and most of these faults show up clearly on a multimeter check within minutes of arrival. One exception: if you smell gas anywhere near a range, skip the troubleshooting, shut the gas supply off, and call us immediately rather than waiting for an appointment. Everything else — a self-clean cycle stalling partway, a burner clicking without lighting, a display throwing an error code — our technicians typically resolve the same day, parts covered for a year.

Common oven and stove issues:

  • Bake or broil element failure
  • Weak or failed gas igniter
  • Drifting temperature sensor
  • Burner that clicks but won’t ignite

Why is my dishwasher not draining or cleaning properly in Mesa?

Cloudy glassware, a film left on your dishes, or standing water in the tub after a finished cycle are the most common dishwasher complaints we hear from Mesa households, usually caused by a clogged drain pump, a failing spray arm, or mineral scale from the area’s hard water building up on the heating element and interior jets over time. We service built-in, drawer-style, portable, and countertop dishwashers from all major brands, including Bosch and KitchenAid, with every visit starting as a no-obligation diagnostic and backed by a 1-year parts warranty. A dishwasher buzzing or grinding mid-cycle, one that won’t drain, one that leaves a gritty film, or one that stops partway through are all usually fixable in a single appointment without replacing the machine entirely. A monthly rinse-aid and filter check goes a long way toward slowing the buildup that causes most of this.

Dishwasher problems we fix most:

  • Scaled or clogged spray arms
  • Drain pump failure
  • Heating element or thermostat faults
  • Door latch or control panel issues
