The program covers police officers, firefighters, and EMS personnel, along with their immediate family members, with eligibility confirmed by a valid ID or badge shown at the time of service rather than a promo code or advance paperwork. This is an ongoing program, not a limited-time offer, so it applies every time you book with us, not just the first. The $49 covers the diagnostic service call itself; any repair work beyond that is quoted and approved before we proceed, the same as on any other appointment. It applies to the same range of appliances we service for every customer — refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and more — across all the major brands we work with.
